Many are scribbled on the back of a business card.

2) Ownership. Good Quotes use the words 'You' and 'Your' often. They give the prospect ownership of what is on offer.

3) Testimonials. Simply adding a page that includes the words "We Would Love You to Join Satisfied Clients Likek These' can work wonders.

4) Bonuses. Your quotation document will do better of you include some special bonus gifts as an incentive for people to own your products and services.

5) Reasons Why. Try including '% Reasons Why You Should Go Ahead With This Proposal" at the end of your quotation documents.

6) Smiling Faces. Simply placing a happy, smiling face on your quotation document can work wonders.

7) VERY Simple to Respond to. Tell your prospects what they should do next."Fax this page back to us" Call this number now" etc
